Complimentary Cleanings & Inspections

We want your jewelry to be strong, sparkly, and shiny. We offer complimentary cleanings and inspections on all Kimiya jewelry. We recommend a cleaning and inspection every 6 to 12 months. We always recommend immediate inspections if your piece has gone through any trauma such as being dropped or hit. Damage is not always obvious and our experts can determine if your piece has any issues. Our team will check all stones, metal, and prongs, and give you a thorough report if any work or repairs need to be done. The client would be responsible for all shipping costs and any agreed upon repairs. Cleaning at Home

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To remove grease and dirt from your diamonds or jewelry, we recommend carefully washing them with warm water.
