DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the project scope is approved, we begin refining the design through computer designs, stone sourcing, or mockups depending on the piece.

CREATION & FINISHING
Each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Most projects take approximately 2–8 weeks, depending on complexity.

Yes — we’re often able to incorporate heirloom diamonds and gemstones into custom pieces and redesigns. Please note that previously worn or older stones can carry natural wear, inclusions or structural vulnerabilities, and while we handle every piece with great care, we cannot guarantee against damage during the process.
Yes — we’re happy to offer flexible in-house payment plans tailored to your project and timeline. Finished pieces are typically shipped once all payments have been completed. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
